Here is a rough draft of the pathway that a seeker could take to become a strategy coorindinator.
CONNECT (the seeker explores what it means to follow Jesus)
- Reading Bible in group
- States what this tells us about God and people
- States application from passage
- Consistently follows through on their own application
- Meeting community needs
- Sharing what they learn with people outside the group
- Leads sections of the discussion
- Baptized
BUILD (The facilitator discovers servant leadership)
- Is looking for people to start a group
- Has started a group
- Accesses conversation outlines independently
- Involves others in leading group
- Can correct group process
- Practises Spiritual Breathing
- Knows how and when to share The Four Spiritual Laws
- Is seeing people in their group become believers
- Confident to baptize and lead the Lord's Supper
- Casts vision appropriate for their group
- Has intentional loving relationships in and beyond DBS moving towards authentic community
- Is encouraging people to lead their own group
- Has a prayer network praying for them
TRAIN
(The coach encourages facilitators)
- Has a mentor and is regularly mentoring 3 people
- Regularly asks mentees about the people in their group and the next step for each of them.
- Evaluates strengths of their mentees’ groups and takes appropriate action to build on those strengths and correct weaknesses
- Regularly builds into the lives of facilitators using CASA coaching and other appropriate methods
- Has intentional loving relationships in and beyond mentoring moving towards authentic community
- Regularly builds into the lives of other coaches using Iron-on-Iron and other appropriate methods
- Understands the Ministries to Movements Arrow and can help leaders design activities for each area.
- Can cast vision for their context and inspire
- Has a prayer network praying for them
(The trainer gathers people for training in specific skills and insights).
- Selects or generates training appropriate to their context
- Uses appropriate interactive teaching methods in training
- Has intentional loving relationships in and beyond training moving towards authentic community

SEND ( The strategy coordinator plans and sets direction)
- Has a vision for an area or people group
- Can articulate that vision
- Understands how Jesus built His movement and how Paul spread the movement across his know world.
- Can select or generate appropriate content for each aspect of the Ministries to Movements planning arrow.
- Knows dangers in their context and can set appropriate boundaries
- Can cast vision for their context and inspire
- Has intentional loving relationships in and beyond ministry moving towards authentic community
- Is finding people who can start groups
- Has a prayer network praying for them
- Building a team to reach this target area
- Has a team of 5 people committed to reaching a specific group of people
