Festival Evangelism

You can create a relaxed setting where friendships between non-Christians and Christians can begin to develop and where the Gospel can be heard.

Children and Clown (14146 bytes)

  • Clown
  • Juggler
  • Face Painter
  • Games Leader
  • Puppeteer
  • Balloon Sculptor
  • Story Teller
  • Magician
  • Hair braider
  • Prayer

Here are some resources we have used.  Most are in Adobe Acrobat format.

  • Balloon Animals (a tract to go with the animals you create.  I ask each child to tell me how long the ears, neck, legs and body should be and then create what they told me).
  •  Can you uncut a rope? (one of my favourite routines. I will show you what to do, what to say, and what to give people who watch the routine)
  • Granny Smith Apples (for story-tellers.  Get a basket of Granny Smith apples and use this tract as a basis for telling people a story).
  • The Wall (a ten minute clown skit with a tract to give out afterwards)
