Will you help the broken hearted?

About a year ago I applied to become a mentor and started answering emails from people in India who had visited mystruggles.in

I am constantly amazed the opportunities this has provided to point people to Jesus.  I focus on answering questions from men who struggle with depression.

Sally* focuses on the relationship issues that women face.

In India, remaining single can be a difficult situation for women, as much cultural significance is placed on marrying well.  

Lina wrote to Sally, brokenhearted after her boyfriend broke off their relationship and she found herself alone.  She initially wrote in asking for help to find a suitable husband.  Sally listened and empathized with her, and said that while she may not be able to help her find a husband, she could introduce her to someone who she could trust her heart with:  Jesus Christ! 

Sally explained that this was possible through beginning a personal relationship with Him, talking to Him through prayer. Lina agreed that though she was still hurting from the breakup, she wanted to trust Jesus with her life and follow Him!

There are many people writing to us from India who have no one else they trust to talk to them about their secret pains and discouragement.
