Do you want to see the church multiply through relevant gospel ministry, disciple-making, transformative spiritual formation and church planting? At Church Movements, we want to provide training, ongoing leadership development and community that will help build your confidence as a leader who seeks to advance the mission of Jesus into the frontiers of the American mission field.

WHO IS CFCM FOR?
The CFCM is a residency fellowship for leaders called to multiply the church
Church planters (CP) and their core/launch teams
Missionary leaders
Mission team leaders
Mission/Outreach Pastors
CP Network leaders
CFCM is for those already affiliated with a network or denomination and for those unaffiliated leaders (house church pastors or non-denominational church planters) that want to join with us - they can be dually affiliated with our CFCM network.
A distinction of our residency program is that you and your team can participate whether you have yet to plant a new faith community or have an established church, or anywhere in between! This residency will be applicable in a great variety of contexts, communities, and church models.
The Cru Fellowship for Church Multiplication will equip you to:
Connect with the lost in a wise, clear, authentic and relevant way
Establish new believers in their walk with Jesus and develop them into faithful disciples
Equip faithful disciples to become fruitful workers in the harvest
Entrust fruitful church planters, their team and gospel workers to multiply vital churches for everyone, everywhere
The Fellowship is an apostolic-multiplication community. You will have the opportunity to become part of an ongoing peer-coaching learning community of leaders who are committed to see the church multiply.
Our training/coaching staff include partners from around the world - all experienced in field ministry - a great mix of Bible teachers, Church planters, thought leaders, strategic leaders and pioneering entrepreneurs.
The Fellowship course goes from September to June annually.
The Cru Fellowship for Church Multiplication has in-person and online elements.
There are three in-person sessions with special opportunities to develop as field-practitioners.
September 16-19, 2024 – Orange County, CA
January 27-30, 2025 – Fort Lauderdale, FL
June 5-7, 2025 – Kansas City, KS/MO
Additionally, there are two-hour online sessions monthly in October, November, December, January, February, March, April and May.
All participants will have a self-chosen accountability partner and eventually be placed in a Peer-Coaching Circle.
Cru Fellowship for Church Multiplication Expenses: The expenses you are responsible for range from $2,500 - $3,000 for your travel, food and housing for our three “in-person sessions” (that’s a total amount). Once your application is accepted, there will be a $150 participation fee. Other costs are covered by the Fellowship, as Cru has raised the money for your coaches, all session materials, application processing, and the teaching team.
