This week I am staying on our family farm near Mayville, Wisconsin, where I have been scanning a large collection of family photo albums at the local library.
While I was there, a man was having trouble scanning a document. Because someone had shown me how to use the scanner the day before, I was able to help him. I also found a free online tool so he could edit the PDF.
It took about five minutes, but it made a big difference to him.
This is part of the Care step in the MyFriends lifestyle—notice and respond to the practical needs of the people around us.
As we talked, I told him about EveryPerson.com and gave him a card with the website address.
I carry these business-sized cards in my wallet or backpack. People are more likely to visit the website when they have a physical reminder to take with them.
You can order EveryPerson.com cards by following this link.
A few weeks ago, I wrote about using the Daisy to focus our prayers and evangelism on the different social circles in our lives.
I have now decided to add another petal:
People I meet in everyday life.
I do not know who will be on that petal. But I can ask the Holy Spirit to help me notice them, care for them and be ready to point them towards Jesus.
Who might God bring across your path today?

P.S. Who do you think would be encouraged by this email? Forward it to them and let them know they can walk alongside experienced cross-cultural evangelists by visiting: https://hereslife.com/encouragement
